Goodie Two Shoes, a non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, has been making a positive impact on the lives of children in need for over 20 years. Since its founding in 2003, the organization has provided new shoes and socks to children who are homeless, in foster care, or from low-income families. Last week, at an event held at Rex Bell Elementary School, Goodie Two Shoes celebrated a major milestone: the organization provided its 135,000th pair of shoes to a child in need.

The founder of Goodie Two Shoes, Nikki Berti, spoke at the event, thanking everyone who has supported the organization over the past 20 years. “We started Goodie Two Shoes with the simple idea that every child should be empowered with choice – the opportunity to select their very own brand-new pair of sneakers,” she said.

“We never imagined that we would be able to help so many children over the years. But with the support of our donors, volunteers, and the community, we have been able to make a real difference in the lives of over 135,000 Southern Nevada children.”
